►►► I. General info ◄◄◄
Please note, you are purchasing a digital item.
-NOT printed
Please provide neat and clear references.
-I will NOT SOLELY work with a wall of text
I will send you the full resolution picture.
-My signature will remain on it
I can SLIGHTLY tweak my style to match certain characters.
-eg, Bnha, or Pokemon.
I require payment upfront.
-I will send you an invoice through paypal
I can provide WIPS before I enter the colouring processes.
-If you wish to see the sketch please state before hand
otherwise I will not send it
-Please note that the finished piece could look very different from the sketch.
►►► II. Payment ◄◄◄
I will only accept Paypal.
-Unless stated otherwise
-if there is a fee I, the artist will pay it
I will request payment instead of having you send me the payment
-I'll inform you once I've send the invoice.
-Do not send me any kind payment until I have confirmed your commission
►►► III. Process ◄◄◄
Once I have confirmed the commission and received the payment I will begin to work on your sketch.
Work In Progress will not be given.
-As stated up top; please state before hand that you want to see the sketch
otherwise I will not send it.
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 month.
-Please note this is when I start your commission, if I have other commission your will be started later
-You will be contacted if anything will delay your commission
►►► IV. Changes ◄◄◄
I will do my best to make the customer happy.
If mistakes are made after commission is finished, I will try my best to correct them.
-Discolored ( Something is red instead of blue )
-Markings / Tattoos ( If forgotten or misplace )
-Adding ( If I forgot a tail or fluff on a jacket )
►►► V. Cancelling/Refunding ◄◄◄
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time I deem appropriate.
I have the right to turn down a commission if I feel uncomfortable with what I need to draw or if I don't think I can provide the desired quality.
Refunds are only possible if I have not started on the commission.
-Do NOT file a charge-back against me for any reason.
-If you file a charge-back against me I will make sure I warn others about you and your name will publicly be posted so others can watch out
-I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
►►► Copyright / Usage ◄◄◄
I the artist reserve the right to use any artwork I produce for self-promotional purposes.
-Promote myself with in any place or site.
-To display it anywhere to my liking.
-Post it wherever I want.
You as the commissioner may post or use commissioned pieces only with proper credit.
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
►►► VI. Copyright infringement ◄◄◄
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
-Please do not trace/redistribute/recolor my art or claim as your own
